She made a fruity gazpacho and grilled eggplant. I made a barley salad with chickpeas, raisins, and pistachios. To top it off, we had more salad, parmesan cheese, melon, and iced tea, and iced coffee and chocolate for dessert. Buon pranzo, indeed!
