I’ve been WWOOFing at Pian di Stantino in Romagna for just over a week.

Baking over 30kg of bread in a wood burning oven using pasta madre (natural starter).

I’ve been planting corn, potatoes, and onions in the garden and serving as a waitress in the restaurant too. I’m exhausted at the end of each day and sleeping better than ever.
