This Friday I was back at Parco Talon in Casalecchio to help the lovely ladies of Ortalon bake their weekly batch of bread using pasta madre (natural starter). They gave me a hunk of bread dough to take home with me. I made one small loaf with sesame seeds and another with salt and rosemary.
