For my first lunch back in the States I chowed down on some Asian fusion (one of the cuisines I miss most) at one of NYC’s best ramen bars — David Chang’s momofuku noodle bar. I had the pork buns (pork, fried egg, hollandaise), spicy miso ramen (smoked chicken, poached egg), and spicy Brussels sprouts (I think spiced with harissa). I left full and happy.
