Berberè Bologna



Second trip to “light pizza” joint Alce Nero – Berberè where the dough is fermented for 48h to make it extra digestible.  I had the vegan pie — cicoria e crema di fagioli cannellini (chicory with a cream of cannellini beans).  It was good, but I have to agree with my friend — the crust to topping ratio is a bit crust-heavy.
