Market Bounty #PiazzaDante #Bologna
Stopped by the Sunday morning market in Piazza Dante – picked up fresh eggs, zucchini, chard, winter squash, yogurt, and some focaccia and pudding (budino) for Luke. I picked up both cultivated and wild chard: I know it’s probably good for me, but the wild chard is a little too bitter for my tastes.
Also at the market, I spotted the pretty, pink borlotti beans (aka cranberry beans) and a few varieties of mushrooms.
I didn’t catch the name of these guys
